Neodymium magnet system Ø 64 mm black rubber-coated with internal thread, holds approx. 91 kg

These neodymium magnet systems with a diameter of 64 mm have an adhesive force of 91 kg. Thanks to the metric internal thread, the magnet systems can be screwed to objects with a matching external thread. The black rubber coating protects delicate surfaces from scratches and also increases the load capacity in the shear direction. The rubber protects the magnet from occasional moisture and splash water. Permanent outdoor use, however, may lead to the formation of rust. Our ferrite pot magnets, on the other hand, are rust-proof.

Compared to standard pot magnets without a rubber coating, these rubberised magnet systems are thinner and more discreet. There is a steel plate under the rubber coating with one attached magnet. Unlike other magnet systems, you cannot combine magnet systems of type ITNG-64S with each other.

Please note:
This magnet system has a full-length internal thread, requiring extra care when threading screws, hooks and the like to prevent damage to the rubber coating.

If you want to reposition the magnet system, please do not attempt to remove it by dragging it along the mounting surface. This will damage the rubber coating. The full adhesive force is achieved when the ferromagnetic counterpart is smooth and of sufficient thickness and when the magnet system makes direct and full flush contact. Magnet systems already start to lose part of their adhesive force at a small distance from the ferromagnetic surface. This characteristic is more pronounced in magnet systems than in other ferrite and neodymium magnets.
